Panel and Q&A: The Legal Landscape of Reproductive Data Privacy

Join EPIC’s Senior Counsel Sara Geoghegan and Counsel Suzanne Bernstein for a panel and Q&A discussion at “The Legal Landscape of Reproductive Data Privacy” on Wednesday, February 26 at 4 pm ET. 

Moderated by Professor Dawn Nunziato, Co-Director of EthicalTech@GW, Sara and Suzanne will be joined by fellow panelist Genna Fukuda from the Ethical Tech Initiative’s Reproductive Data Privacy Initiative. Panelists will discuss data collection and processing, commercial surveillance, and targeted advertising as threats to reproductive privacy, shield laws for reproductive and gender-affirming healthcare, AI disseminating inaccurate abortion information, and more.
