The right to be forgotten and other privacy positions are leading to increased exemptions, such as redacting home addresses and names of law enforcement to protect them from doxing. How do we balance privacy with transparency? Jeramie will be joined by fellow panelists Frank Lo Monte of CNN; Jasmine McNealy of the University of Florida, and Richard Varn of the Coalition of Sensible Public Records Access, with Caroline Hendrie from the Society of Professional Journalists as moderator. The session will be held in Room 422, 4th floor of the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg Center (555 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, D.C. 20001).
