Christopher Frascella

EPIC Counsel

Chris Frascella is EPIC Counsel, primarily focused on the Telephone Subscriber Privacy Project. This work includes combatting unwanted robocalls, fraudulent SIM swapping, and exploitative data broker practices. Chris also contributes to EPIC’s work on cybersecurity standards and breach notifications. He is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School, where he was Senior Notes Editor of the Federal Communications Law Journal and was instrumental to GWU joining the Public Interest Technology University Network. During law school, Chris interned at several consumer protection agencies, as well as at the DOJ’s Office of Privacy and Civil Liberties. He holds an M.A. in Philosophy & Social Policy from American University and a B.A. in Philosophy from Fordham University.
