How do I place an order for EPIC publications?

Click on any EPIC title to place an order or view more information about that particular book. You can order EPIC publications directly from online booksellers. We like Powells.com, a large independent bookstore, and provide a direct ordering link when available.

Otherwise, if a book is not available, you can try other online stores, or order directly from our distributor.

How do I place an order for publications by EPIC Advisory Board members and friends, or for one of your "Favorite Titles"?

These titles are generally available through major retailers and bookstores, both online and offline. When available, we provide a link to one of our favorite stores, Powells.com. However, we cannot always guarantee that books will be in stock. You can usually place a backorder, or choose to be notified when a book becomes available. Otherwise, you can try to buy the book from another source.

I've tried to e-mail the EPIC Bookstore and received no response. Why is this?

EPIC cares about spam prevention. If the subject line of your message isn't clearly directed at the bookstore (or is entirely blank), your e-mail might be filtered into our junk mail folder.  To avoid this, please make sure to include a subject line in your message, and include the relevant book title(s) if possible. All e-mail queries are addressed promptly, usually within 1-2 business days.

If you still can't get through, call us: (202) 483-1140, x103. Someone is usually available to answer your call from 9am to 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays. Voicemails are generally answered within 1-3 business days, though preference is given to e-mail correspondence.
