When will newer editions of EPIC publications become available?

Some of EPIC's publications, such as the Privacy Law Sourcebook and Privacy and Human Rights, are published annually. New editions are generally released in September or October. Litigation Under the Federal Open Government Laws is published every two years. Other books are published less frequently. If you would like to be put on a notification list for new EPIC books, please e-mail us at bookstore@epic.org and indicate which books you are interested in.

I have questions about my order. Who do I contact?

If you placed an order through EPIC, please email us. If you placed an order through Amazon.com, please contact Amazon.

If you have questions about past orders, or if you are not sure whom to contact, please e-mail bookstore@epic.org.

I've tried to e-mail the EPIC Bookstore and received no response. Why is this?

EPIC cares about spam prevention. If the subject line of your message isn't clearly directed at the bookstore (or is entirely blank), your e-mail might be filtered into our junk mail folder. To avoid this, please make sure to include a subject line in your message, and include the relevant book title(s) if possible. All e-mail queries are addressed promptly, usually within 1-2 business days.

If you still can't get through, call us: (202) 483-1140. Someone is usually available to answer your call from 9am to 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays. Voicemails are generally answered within 1-3 business days, though preference is given to e-mail correspondence.
