Caroline Kraczon
EPIC Counsel
Caroline Kraczon is Counsel at the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) focusing on consumer privacy. Specifically, Caroline advocates for enhanced financial privacy protections and works to protect consumers from harm caused by the data broker industry. Caroline began her career at EPIC as a summer clerk in 2022, then she returned as a Law Fellow after graduating law school in 2023.
Caroline graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a Technology Law and Policy Scholar and Managing Editor of the Georgetown Law Technology Review. In addition to interning with EPIC while in law school, Caroline also interned with Senator Edward Markey’s Office, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Neighborhood Legal Services Program. She was also a student attorney in Georgetown’s Communications & Technology Law Clinic and a research assistant with Georgetown’s Center on Privacy and Technology.
Before attending law school, Caroline earned a B.A. in Economics and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Georgia. She is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
