National Association of Attorneys General 2026 Spring Consumer Protection Conference

EPIC Deputy Director and Policy Director Caitriona Fitzgerald will speak at this year’s National Association of Attorneys General 2026 Spring Consumer Protection Conference.

Caitriona will join a panel of experts on a panel “A Rose by Any Other Name: Dynamic, Differential, Surveillance, and Algorithmic Pricing.” This public day session will address recent legislative and enforcement efforts to address algorithmic, dynamic, and personalized pricing as it affects consumer privacy and deceptive trade practices. This panel will examine recent technology, the use of personal data, and practices that have attracted scrutiny by regulators, businesses, and consumers.
