U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland

  • EPIC v. USCIS

    September 16, 2026

On September 1, 2026, EPIC filed a lawsuit challenging the Trump administration’s unprecedented and illegal effort to interfere in the 2026 midterms by using unreliable databases to create lists of citizens that reside in each state for determining who can and cannot vote. The administration’s actions impede on states’ constitutional power to administer elections and put the most sensitive records of hundreds of millions of Americans at risk.
