Suzanne Bernstein

Suzanne Bernstein is EPIC Counsel, focusing on consumer privacy, data protection, and platform accountability. Her specific areas of expertise include privacy and online safety for minors, health data privacy, age assurance, and platform design regulation. Suzanne also co-authored EPIC’s recent report on privacy enforcement trends among State Attorneys General. 

She is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was a Law & Public Policy Scholar and a member of the Moot Court Competition Team. While in law school, she interned in the Office of Policy Analysis and Development at NTIA and the Future of Privacy Forum. She holds a B.A. in English from University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania and District of Columbia Bars.

Areas of expertise: Consumer privacy, kids online privacy and safety, platform design regulation, consumer health data privacy, and state AG privacy enforcement.
