Utah Public Radio: Vermont is home to two of ICE’s surveillance facilities. Locals are pushing back

Kabbas Azhar, an attorney at the Electronic Privacy Information Center, says there’s been an alarming shift in the last couple of years, especially after the latest windfall from Congress made ICE the highest funded law enforcement agency in the country. He says anyone who expresses anti-ICE sentiment could be fair game for these analysts.
